Terms & Conditions

  1.  Production of custom jewelry begins after ArtinJewels receives a 50% deposit. Production includes: concept art of sketch, gemstone sourcing (if any), and the actual creation of the piece.

  2. Normal leadtimes are up to 50 working days, with potential delays due to the Covid-19 situation in Manila.

  3. We try to be as accurate as possible in our estimates. The client understands that the final product may have a 10% to 15% difference with the estimated gold weight from the beginning of production. The difference results from crafting processes: mounting, shaping, cleaning, polishing, and applying the final finishing touches to your piece.

  4. The client understands that the concept sketch or design will be adjusted according to the unique requirements of the center stone, the metals and any other materials to be used in creating your custom piece.

  5. The balance of 50% must be paid upon COMPLETION of the piece. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery. Please send all proofs of payment via email, Instagram, Facebook or any other medium of communication used to transact with us. Items will be shipped or may be picked up once Artinjewels confirms receipt of the full payment.

  6. The 50% downpayment for Custom Made and Customized/Modified items not fully paid for within 30 days of advised completion will be forfeited to recoup labor and material costs.

  7. ArtinJewels follows US standard ring sizing and standard ring thickness. Client is responsible for knowing his or her own size. Further more, if the client does not specify desired ring thickness, we will apply the standard 1.2mm-1.3mm measurement.

  8. You have 2 days from date of item receipt to determine if you are happy with the product. As jewelry items are fragile (and for hygiene reasons), please understand that we cannot extend our return/repair policy duration.

  9. Acceptable reasons for return/repair: Item not as described; Received a broken item. Not acceptable reasons: Client changed his/her mind; Client did not read item description or it has been longer than 2 days since the item was received.

  10. All images, designs, and content uploaded to www.artinjewelsbyanne.com, facebook.com/artinjewels, and instagram.com/artinjewels are the exclusive intellectual property of ArtinJewels Online Marketing and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the written consent of the owner.
